# Kawerau Community Foodbank Trust

> We started out of the old Plunket rooms on Islington Street eight years ago, packing hampers for families who'd had a rough run with the mill layoffs. These days we run three appeals a year and still do the packing ourselves on a Tuesday night.

Based in 14 Islington Street, Kawerau.
